What is the origin of this religion? When/How/Why did it start?

The Baha’i faith originated from Persia in the nineteenth-century. The religion was established to bring people together, while suiting the needs for the time.

There are Bab, Bahaullah, Abdul-baha, Shoghi Effendi and Universal house of Justice.
